Great size room for two, with a chair for comfort. Bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure. The bedding was comfortable and the room was well kept and clean. Location is very close to Stratford station, giving fast access all over London via train or bus. Also very close to the Westfield, which is convenient.

About the 3rd stay here, staff always very welcoming. Only a short walk from Stratford station and to dlr or tube, 3 stops to 02. Hotel has arrangement with several local restaurants where you can get disount on meals.

Location for us was excellent as we were able to walk easily from the train station to the hotel and from there to the ABBA stadium which was the main reason for our stay. We were 2 minutes from the DLR which we needed to get to the Excel F1 exhibit another attraction we had booked. Restaurants were also walkable with some offering discounts if you let them know you are staying at the Westbridge. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and a good size, exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment but the reception staff were efficient and friendly. A lovely hotel would highly recommend.

Great breakfast, 8 min walk from Stratford station, terrific spacious bathroom with hair dryer, comfortable bed with reading lights! Good wifi!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Their hospitality alone makes you want to return. The room was small but cozy. Excellent location – a large shopping center nearby and very easy access to other parts of London.

We were staying over night with some friends to experience the Abba Voyage concert. The hotel was amazing. It was like staying in a country pub in the city. Staff very friendly and the rooms immaculate. Very quiet, no banging of other peoples doors in the hotel, which you usually get. Very quirky hotel, full of character. Breakfast great good choice from full English to continental. If staying London you must stay here. Tube station nearby and straight into the city.

The breakfast was great with ample food of good quality. Eat a big breakfast to keep you going until dinner ! Front desk and restaurant staff were always very friendly and helpful with advice on trains etc We didn't bring an AC travel adaptor to charge our cell phones which the hotel kindly loaned us. The hotel does have loan umbrellas which we didn't have to use but is a great idea. The friendly staff allowed us to store our bags at the hotel as we arrived early. We used the hotel as a base for travelling in/out of London central.....the hotel is a bit of a walk (10-15 min depending on the pace) from Stratford station which is fine and adds to the experience unless it's windy and raining. There's a small convenience store walking back from the station where you can buy milk etc ..we like a lot in our coffee :-) or snacks late at night.

Perfect location for people traveling from/to Stansted airport. There is a direct and reliable bus connection and the stop is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are also several metro lines and a big shopping center at the Stratford station which made the location even more strategic for exploring London. The room was well equipped, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the electric kettle with plenty of coffee/tea options which were restocked during our stay.

The staff were very attentive from the first step into reception; we were early and they were happy to store our bags so we could explore the area. The room was small but very clean and had all the facilities required. I had forwarded the hotel that we were staying for my wife's birthday and they went to the trouble of decorating the room, a really nice touch. Breakfast was very nice with everything we could want catered for including gluten free options for my wife.

Easy 8 min access from Stratford train station. Only 10 min walk to ABBA arena. Perfect for our 2 night stay. Room (207), a stand double, was very clean and comfortable. Smarter than the average big brand hotel rooms that cost much more. We found the room quiet despite the hotel being on a main road at the front. Our room was a side room overlooking another road. The room is quite small but perfectly functional and has all you need including mini fridge (empty), safe, ironing board w/iron and tea/coffee making facilities. The furnishings and finish in the room are modern and very good quality. The hotel has aircon with electronic controls in the rooms - it works well and quietly. The only slight disappointment with this particular room was that the toilet/shower room door had not been reduced in size properly after what looks like new bathroom floor tiling and it was too big to close properly - We forgot to point this out when we checked out so hopefully they will see this review. The dining room/bar was a good size and the drinks a reasonable price but we can't recommend the pizzas which were quite tasteless - this is the only food you can buy. The breakfast, cooked and continental, is included in the room rate and was superb. It was the usual help yourself 'all you can eat' fayre and was high quality - better than we had expected. Staff were always attentive and polite if you needed them. We dined on our second night at ZUZU restaurant by the train station, just an 8 min walk away. The food there was delicious and service was very good. As we were staying at the Westbridge we received a 25% discount off the bill for everything including drinks which was fantastic. Another restaurant recommended by the hotel was Nineteen just a couple of minutes walk away. We tried to get a table for Sat night but you have to pre-book unless you don't mind eating earlier - they had tables for 5.30 or 6pm.
