The Westbridge Hotel Stratford

Great breakfast, 8 min walk from Stratford station, terrific spacious bathroom with hair dryer, comfortable bed with reading lights! Good wifi!

The breakfast was great with ample food of good quality. Eat a big breakfast to keep you going until dinner ! Front desk and restaurant staff were always very friendly and helpful with advice on trains etc We didn't bring an AC travel adaptor to charge our cell phones which the hotel kindly loaned us. The hotel does have loan umbrellas which we didn't have to use but is a great idea. The friendly staff allowed us to store our bags at the hotel as we arrived early. We used the hotel as a base for travelling in/out of London central.....the hotel is a bit of a walk (10-15 min depending on the pace) from Stratford station which is fine and adds to the experience unless it's windy and raining. There's a small convenience store walking back from the station where you can buy milk etc ..we like a lot in our coffee :-) or snacks late at night.

I booked the Westbridge Stratford for my parents, who where in London to see ABBA Voyage and to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday - so have not been there myself. Nevertheless, the hotel staff has been incredibly courteous and attentive - in communication with me and regarding its service towards my parents. They had only good things to report and were especially impressed with the warm welcome and room decoration. I had booked the bubble package as a surprise but the staff went above and beyond with a handwritten birthday card and golden ballons. They even brought the luggage up to my parents room - to my fathers embarassment. ;-) My parents also enjoyed the breakfast. When I asked, they mentioned that they noticed some slight vibrations in their room due to bypassing traffic and that it was not completely sound proof. But they had been to London before and said that it is like this most places and nothing that kept them from a good nights sleep. All in all they enjoyed their stay very much and I want to give a big thanks to the staff for making my parents stay an unforgettable memory.

The reception staff were amazing, the TV didn't work in our room so we were offered either complimentary breakfast or a room move. They helped us with the change of room, and it was an upgrade. We stayed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and the staff were brilliant, an excellent location for the hotel, and value for money was exceptional. We will definitely re-book with them when attending events in London

We went for my partners birthday, she really wanted a room with a view of the city and a balcony. In london to find a hotel that's affordable with this request is near impossible. But westbridge was just the right price and they put us up in the most gorgeous room with a balcony that looked over views of canary wharf and the O2. Thank you so much westbridge it was perfect and exceeded expectations. The room was tidy and facilities was generous. Staff were great and helpful and hotel offers 24 hour support. It's located not too far from major station so easy if you're looking for a hotel close to all the action in London. Highly recommend if you're going for a city break or you need an accommodating place to stay that is accommodating to more long haul holiday makers to the city
